On seats, plainly. Support and the onboarding session come with the membership, however many seats you take. A seat is a place held for a person on your team for when team accounts ship, at the rate you locked today. One seat is a perfectly sensible way to start; add the rest when there is something for them to log into.
Prices exclude VAT where it applies; choose how many seats at checkout. Paying buys support, standing and the rate commitment — not the software, which is free, and not any specific feature or date. Your rate holds for as long as your membership stays active; cancelling ends both. 14-day cooling-off for consumers. Detail in the Terms, section 8A. Your records stay in your browser and stay yours — free, paid, or cancelled.

We charge where we have costs. Running on your own machine has none — no servers, no storage, nothing of yours passing through us — so working solo is free, and we're not going to dress that up as a trial. Our costs are two things: our time, and the servers that shared features will need. That is exactly what paying covers.
