Back up your records
Your records live in this browser and nowhere else. We hold no copy and
cannot recover anything for you — so a backup is the only safety net there is.
A zip with every asset: certificate, machine-readable record and all
evidence images, plus a file that restores everything into a fresh browser.
Choose a folder once and CRAFTtrail writes a fresh backup there each day
you use it. Pick a folder inside Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive and your cloud
backup happens automatically — we never see the files, your sync client does the rest.

and every evidence image, re-attached to the step it came from.
This replaces whatever is in this browser. You'll be shown
exactly what's about to be replaced before anything changes.

Everything this capture carries into the record.
Your profile
Stamped as the "named human" on every step you complete. Stored in this browser — one profile per person is how the record format stays team-ready.
How long evidence images are kept. Certificates and hashes outlive them — the record stays verifiable after the images are gone.
AI setup
Powers “Draft with AI”. Configure one of the two options. Values are stored only in this browser — never in the asset records or exports.
